Primal Balance is a LIFESAVER. without it, i would be eating out everyday, naturally resulting to unhealthy options. I am able to get all of my nutrients in while staying consistent to my macros. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Not only do Primal Balance meals save time, but they take the guess-work work out of meal prep. For me, it’s not only about the time it takes to make dinner, but the mental energy figuring out how to make healthy, allergy-conscious food.

All of the meals are tasty, however, I tend not to choose the ones that have a mix of warm and cold ingredients (I.e. sweet potatoes and sprouts). After awhile I have come to know my favorites. Thanks for providing great, healthy options.

My spouse and I are busy business owners, and constantly thinking of what to eat (and who would go get it) was always a battle. not to mention with our food preferences/sensitivities, the food and ingredients when eating out was always a question. To save precious time and energy worrying about our next meal, we did a lot of research on meal prep companies and decided to go with a local business (Primal!) to trial a 12 meals per week that my spouse and I would split evenly. Well our trial has turned into a happy subscription to this meal delivery service! We’ve been getting Primal’s meals delivered for about 4 months now and are really enjoying it. We both love how clean the food is, that’s it’s organic, contains only fresh whole food ingredients, and how convenient it is to just pop it in the microwave. (Yes, we still opt for the microwave, don’t @ me.) We feel lighter and more energetic after eating these meals. There is a really good variety of flavors and cuisines, and we feel like there’s more substance to these meals than, say, other local healthy/clean eating meal services. The cost is reasonable as well, especially considering it gets delivered straight to our front door. The owner Alec is wonderful to work with as well. Had a few hiccups in the beginning, but he was more than accommodating and insisted on making things right. Honestly I would not choose any other meal delivery service at this point and would highly recommend to anyone considering a meal prep service!

P.S. Get the chimichurri chicken and all of the grass-fed steak dishes - so freaking good!

I've used Trifecta for some time now and I threw away more meals than I ate because I couldn't bring myself to eat them anymore. I can't wait to eat my lunch now and I love the minimal waste packaging. Keep up the great work!
