Yes. All of our menu items can be made vegan by selecting the vegan substitution button on the menu form below each entree or breakfast option.

Do you make Keto or low-carb meals?

No, we do not. Our meals are too high in protein to be considered suitable for the Keto Diet (many people don't even understand the Keto diet, so we recommend reading up on it on our blog).

We offer lower carbohydrate options though. However, ultimately we strive for meals that contain a balance of healthy fats, carbs, and protein.

Are you plastic-free?

Environmentally friendly and proud of it, we are a plastic-free company, serving our meals in compostable boxes.

Can I freeze my meals?

Absolutely! We suggest freezing the meals in sealed containers to guarantee freshness if you aren't going to eat them within 4 days.

How far in advance do you cook my meals?

Your meals are always cooked the day prior to drop off so we can always guarantee your food is FRESH. We never freeze any of our meals, so you get the freshest, healthiest, most nutrient-dense meals in San Diego, CA.

Our meals stay fresh for 4 days once delivered.

How many calories are in each meal?

Meals fluctuate between 400 to 600 calories. We build our meals around plenty of protein and fiber to help you stabilize your blood sugar, mood, and overall energy levels.

We always list the calories/macros next to the meal item on the menu that you receive each week. This way you choose the meals that are best for you and your health goals based upon your individual needs.

Are your meals vacuum sealed or frozen prior to delivery?

Fresh local organic food is our standard. We do not believe in vacuum sealing or freezing meals. In our opinion that is not fresh food. Our standard is simple. We prepare all of your meals less then 12-hours prior to your delivery. This way we can guarantee all of our clients are getting the highest quality, fresh, and local organic meals.

Are you an allergen-friendly meal prep company?

Yes we are an allergen-friendly meal prep company! All of our meals are free of nuts, dairy, and gluten.

Do you use sugar in your sauces and meals?

We use raw local San Diego honey, organic maple syrup, or coconut sugar to sweeten some of our sauces. This equates out to about 2g of sugar per 2 tbsps. We do not add any sugar to our meals outside of the sauces.

Most of our sauces are made in house!
